Any active Rec Sports member may rent outdoor gear. Gear rentals are free as long as renter abides by Rental Agreement policies, i.e., fees may be assessed for late returns, damage other than normal wear and tear, loss, etc.

Rental period, including pick-up and drop-off, is limited to 4 days (equipment rented out on a Thursday may be returned Monday without penalty). Rentals are subject to availability and quantity limits. Rentals are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To rent gear, contact Outdoor Pursuits staff at the Outdoor Shop shop desk, located opposite the climbing wall in the Rec Center.
