The Scholars Development Seminar serves a vital role for Reaud Honors students. Just as honors students are leaders among students, researchers are leaders in innovation.
During the Scholars Development Seminar, you will use John C. Maxwell’s book The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader as a guide to understand the connection between research and leadership. While on the surface, these two things might not seem to be related, research participation teaches a variety of skills useful to any leader.
