Dr. Julia Yoo’s areas of expertise include instructional strategies, learning sciences and assessment. Julia Yoo holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, and a M.A. in Program Evaluation at The University of Texas at Austin.
