The draft constitution is in support of death penalty abolition. The draft transition constitution was introduced and discussed with prominent U.S. Senators and Representatives including Senator John Cornyn, Senator Jeff Sessions, Congressman Ted Deutch, Congressman Trent Franks, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher and Congressman Dan Crenshaw.
