The Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) works to ensure the rights of students with disabilities access to accommodations/academic adjustments in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504. Our office works to encourage self-advocacy and the right to pursue a grievance. Students are encouraged to try and resolve grievances at the appropriate level of dispute.
