The Hungry Ghost Diner

The Hungry Ghost Diner

by Kelly Ann Ellis

Ellis's debut poetry collection explores the everyday lives of working class women in America. These poems are emotionally honest, humorous, and filled with sharp wit. Using pop culture references, literary allusions, and a wholly fresh poetic voice, Ellis tackles big subjects such as poverty, inequality, and the resilience of the human spirit.
