"Bag to Differ is a creative response to the issue of single-use plastic bags and their harm on our health and environment. Through collecting and repurposing single-use plastic bags, Bag to Differ is intended to alter the detrimental fate of these bags on our health and the environment and give them a new and personal purpose that is lasting.
This thesis is made of four components which include digitally rendered brand elements, hand-made brand products, printed signage, brand accessories, and the construction of a faux pop-up shop. the components are intended to complement one another and draw viewers to not only learn about Bag to Differ, but to also take practical action in their daily lives. This thesis aims to empower viewers by assuring them that they can make a big impact with small acts."
