Welcome/Opening Remarks: Miriam Morgan
NEW BUSINESS
- Proposed lot usage change for D-4 from All Permit to Employees Only.
Parking lots D-6 and D-3 will be fenced off for use as a lay-down area for the library renovation. There is already a strain on parking in the campus interior. D-4 will be restricted to Reserved parking. APPROVED.
- Request from Pearson Prometric Testing for 2 spaces in restricted drive behind Nursing due to safety concerns for staffers who arrive or leave when it is dark.
The Parking Office will issue two dashboard permits for use until the testing center relocates to the Galloway Building. APPROVED.
- D-1 was formerly restricted to compact cars. The signs were not reinstalled when the fencing was replaced. Due to trucks and SUVs blocking the roadway, LUPD requests the Compact Cars Only signs be replaced. APPROVED.
OLD BUSINESS
- Half of the reserved spaces in G-2 facing the future intramural fields are now marked for All Permit.
- EV charging stations are now marked with 4-hour time limit.
- Signage for G-3 (John Gray Center)
