Minutes for CID Meeting February 24th, 2021 3:30-4:3:00pm via TEAMS

1. Jeremy Alm showed us his presentation he will be giving to SACs next Tuesday and answered our questions on the QEP.
2. Dr. Nichols discussed the SACs visit. If you have not been contacted yet for a meeting with SACs then you probably will not be. The final schedule will be posted on the LU SACS webpage hopefully by Friday. /planning-assessment/sacscoc-reaffirmation/overview/index.html
3. 2020/2021 CID committee liaisons may send Liv a brief update on what transpires in these committees or mention activities here. Diane updated on the Distance Education Committee. See below.
4. Golden Wright to replace Ken Aung on the Academic Information Technology Committee.  Thank you. I let Dr. Brown know.

Distance Education Committee: Diane Clark Nominated by CID President: Dr. Poonam Kumar has become the chair and she and Sherry Wells established meetings for the rest of the semesters.  The goals are to research proctoring solutions which Sherry will lead, do a technology needs assessment which Kyle will lead, collect data on technology satisfaction which Dr. Wang will lead, investigate effective synchronous meeting solutions which Cindy Cummings and I will lead, and look at policies and procedures which Dr Lin will lead.
