- Dr. Kenneth Evans gave a brief fiscal update and stated how much he appreciated the work that chairs do. Thank you! He mentioned that a history of extra compensation for teaching has impacted faculty time for scholarly activities. He would like a few chairs to work with him on ideas for increasing scholarly activity. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer. Phil has already done so.
- Jeremy Alltop, Amberr Melo and Jamie Larson presented on procurement tips. Ppt attached. Thank you.
- Dr. Nichols mentioned that a survey will be going out soon on whether to have spring break.
- 2020/2021 CID committee liaisons briefly on what transpires in these committees. See page 2.
- We went over topics for future meetings. Please see the updated tentative schedule. We also mentioned that class time periods have not changed for the spring, but may change in the future.
- We discussed membership wording in our Bylaws. Diane will suggest a change for the next meeting.
