1. Discussion on COVID19 issues with Dr. Nichols:
   1. Chairs are quite busy now and upper administration agrees that new initiatives that are not critical be put off for a bit if possible.
   2. If you have student athletes in your department it is a good idea to talk to Helene in Marco’s office about special NCAA requirements you may not know about.
   3. We should hear around June 1^st if fall will be online/alternative delivery
   4. Faculty searches are paused, please wait till after May 1^st about possible exceptions.
   5. Jeremy Alltop will be providing a link to FAQs for the various exceptions for budgets and travel etc., and associated forms.
   6. Times and rooms for summer courses have been removed from Banner due to student Q’s about classroom social distancing etc… the department chairs should keep track of what courses have synchronous type meeting times to avoid conflicts and this information should be in the syllabi.
   7. After May 1^st the Provost and Registrar will have better information about the August ‘mini’ that is being planned for rescheduling labs and other activities. Will work on streamlining paperwork.
   8. Recordings that go very long may be large files, so it is suggested to record in shorter chunks with breaks and also BB has some Kaltura options.
2. Agreed to meet in May and in June and then decide if more as the summer goes on. See below. Liv will send out a calendar invite.
3. Chose new executive committee for 2020/2021, see below. Liv remains as president.
